Abstract
Islamic work ethic serves as an important foundation in building a productive, professional, and high-integrity corporate culture. However, in practice, many companies still emphasize a profit orientation without balancing ethical and spiritual values in the work environment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic work ethics within companies and determine its impact on employee performance, discipline, honesty, responsibility, and work productivity. This study employs a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews with several employees and managers of companies that integrate Islamic values into their operational activities. Additionally, to supplement the data, observations and documentation were carried out. The collected data were then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The results indicate that the implementation of Islamic work ethics has a positive impact on employee discipline, work motivation, honesty, teamwork, and loyalty to the company. The application of values such as trustworthiness (amanah), steadfastness (istiqamah), honesty, discipline, and responsibility is capable of creating a harmonious work environment and enhancing organizational effectiveness. The novelty of this research lies in its analysis of the implementation of Islamic work ethics examined from both spiritual and managerial perspectives within a modern corporate environment. This study implies that Islamic work ethics can serve as a strategic approach to sustainably improving corporate performance
