Manajemen Pengembangan Profesionalisme Guru Pada Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (DTA) Nurul Huda Sukabumi

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the management planning of teacher professional development at Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi, describe the implementation of teacher professional development management at Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi and Want to describe the professionalism of Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi Teachers. This study used a qualitative research model, because this study aims to collect various kinds of information and facts related to the management of teacher professionalism at Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi. The method used in this study used qualitative methods, the data collection technique used observation data, interviews, and documentation. To check the validity of the data, researchers used data source triangulation. The results of this study can be concluded that: The planning of professional development management of Diniyah Takmiliyah Nurul Huda Sukabumi teachers has been planned starting from the coordination meeting of teacher development activities, analyzing the needs of teachers tailored to their needs, compiling a sequence of teacher development activities starting from cooperation with other parties, authorizing teacher development programs, the implementation stage or the implementation of teacher development activities with various activities of the planned teacher professionalism development planning program and its implementation in accordance with planning, among others: (1) Education and training (2) Further study (3) Provision of supporting facilities (4) Teacher supervision (5) Motivation and (6) Teacher discipline. Professionalism of DTA Nurul Huda Sukabumi teachers in pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence of teachers in the learning process at DTA Nurul Huda Sukabumi is in accordance with applicable regulations, although there are still some improvements.
