Penerapan Manajemen Program Pembelajaran untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini

Abstract
Early childhood education (ECE) is an important foundation in developing children's potential, especially in cognitive, social and emotional aspects. This study analyzes the implementation of learning program management in TKN Jagakarsa 01 and its impact on education quality. Based on observations and interviews, gaps in student development were found, indicating the need for improvement in learning management. Varied teaching methods and the use of interactive teaching media were identified as key to improving student engagement. Periodic structured evaluations also proved important to adjust teaching strategies according to students' needs. The results show that implementing effective learning program management not only improves the quality of education, but also encourages teacher creativity and creates a dynamic learning environment.
