Problematika Pengembangan Modul Ajar Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti di SDIT Qurrata A’yun 3 Limakaum Tanah Datar

Abstract
The aim of the research is to determine the problems faced by Religious and Character Education teachers in developing teaching modules at SDIT Qurrata A'yun 3 Limakaum Tanah Datar. The research uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of two Religious Education and Character Education teachers. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested through triangulation techniques. The results of the research explain that no significant difficulties were found in developing teaching modules because Religious Education and Character Education teachers often take part in training and seminars regarding the development of teaching modules by schools and independently. These training and seminar activities are of concern and priority for the school because this school was appointed as a pilot project for implementing the independent curriculum in schools in Tanah Datar. Apart from that, this integrated Islamic school is under the auspices of the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) which has a vision and mission of integrated Islamic education that is in accordance with the independent curriculum.
