Abstract
This research is an experimental study which aims to determine the effectiveness of using Complement Card Media to Improve Students' Ability in Learning Arabic in Class 7 of SMP IT Al-Aziziyyah. This research started from designing learning steps, implementation, observation and tests. . From the analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the use of Complement Card Media is to Improve Students' Ability in Learning Arabic in Class 7 of SMP IT Al-Aziziyyah Pekanbaru. Because the value t-thitung = 5,093 is greater than t-tabel= at a significance level of 1% = 2,728 and a significance level of 5% = 2,032 , this means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In other words, the use of Complement Card Media is Effective in Improving Students' Ability in Learning Arabic in Class 7 of Al-Aziziyyah IT Middle School. Likewise, in the observation table for using the supplementary card to upgrade the reading skill, the score is 94%, so the grade is “very good”.
