Strategi Pemanfatan Ushul Fiqih dalam Menafsirkan Al-Qur’an
Main Article Content
Abstract
The interpretation of the Qur'an is a scholarly activity requiring systematic methodology to ensure that the resulting meaning aligns with the principles of Sharia. Ushul Fiqh, as a discipline that addresses the rules of deriving Islamic law, plays a crucial role in the process of interpreting the Qur'an. This study aims to analyze the strategies for utilizing Ushul Fiqh in interpreting Quranic verses, focusing on the application of principles such as maqashid shariah, qawaid fiqhiyyah, and istinbath hukum. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach. Data is collected from various primary and secondary sources, including classical tafsir works and Ushul Fiqh literature. The findings show that Ushul Fiqh provides a comprehensive framework for interpreting the Qur'an contextually, enabling it to address contemporary challenges while preserving the fundamental values of Sharia. The application of Ushul Fiqh principles in interpretation not only facilitates a deeper understanding of the Qur'anic text but also offers solutions to contemporary legal issues grounded in Sharia. This study concludes that the collaboration between Quranic exegesis and Ushul Fiqh is an effective strategy for developing a relevant understanding of the Qur'an that meets the needs of the Muslim community.
