Abstract
Monitoring, evaluasi, dan penilaian kinerja sekolah adalah proses penting dalam pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa monitoring dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis data untuk menilai kemajuan program dan kinerja guru. Evaluasi memberikan umpan balik untuk perbaikan program, sementara laporan hasil monitoring membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kepala sekolah berperan krusial dalam pelaksanaan ini, memastikan bahwa semua langkah dilakukan dengan baik dan sesuai standar yang ditetapkan.
