Inovasi Produk Berbasis Akad dalam Meningkatkan Inklusi Pasar Modal Syariah
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study seeks to re-examine the implementation of contracts in the Islamic capital market financial industry. This issue is raised because the Islamic capital market has grown significantly with an increase in the value of assets in Islamic financial instruments such as sukuk and Islamic stocks. Sukuk has become the motor of project financing in accordance with sharia principles, creating a sustainable source of funding and a business climate. This is important because the roadmap designed for the Islamic capital market is one of increasing inclusion. So this research was conducted with a literature study. The results of this study show a very close relationship between product innovation and attracting public interest. Because in increasing the inclusion of the Islamic capital market, it is not enough just to improve the infrastructure, but in terms of contract-based product innovation, it also needs attention.
