Manajemen Pendidikan dalam Pengembangan Kurikulum: “Strategi dan Implementasi"
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper aims to explore educational management in the context of curriculum development, focusing on strategies and their implementation to enhance educational quality. Effective educational management requires integrated planning, organization, execution, and evaluation processes to create a relevant curriculum that meets the needs of society and the workforce. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing literature studies to explore various theories and best practices in curriculum management. The findings indicate that successful curriculum development strategies should involve multiple stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, and the community, and adapt the curriculum to the advancement of knowledge and technology. Effective curriculum implementation demands continuous teacher training, adequate support facilities, and transparent, accountable evaluation mechanisms. This study is expected to provide insights for policymakers and education practitioners in designing and implementing curricula that improve the quality of education in Indonesia.
